We are very excited to announce that we have scheduled a very special beer dinner @ Peppercorn’s Grille & Tavern on Wednesday June 1st, 2011.
This beer dinner is unique for two reason: One, is that Peppercorns is serving a five-course dinner of tapas (appetizers) and other Italian small tastes created by Chef Tommaso. Two, it takes place during Boston Beer Week.
The menu includes: First Course~ Vegetable frittata & crispy eggplant crouton topped with marscapone & ricotta cheese paired with Blonde Cougar Summer Ale.
Second Course~ Chilled Seafood Salad paired with Worcester’s Bravest.
Third Course~ Fresh semolina pasta sheets tossed with a smoked gouda cheese cream sauce served with Klem’s grilled Italian sausage paired with Foxy Brown Maple Ale.
Fourth Course~ Beef Braciole- thin sliced beef medallions filled then rolled with Italian bread crumbs, proscuitto, cheese, & fresh herbs simmered in a tomato ragu paired with Birthday Brew #1 (DIPA).
Fifth Course~ Assorted Italian cookies & imported chocolates paired with Pro-AM Porter. Five-course meal for $40 pp (includes tax & tip).
